If you visit our store most repairs are undertaken within 1 -2 hours some may take as long as 24 – 48 hours subject to parts availability. We usually will have apple parts in stock for iPhones 6 & above. For Samsung or other non-Apple cell phones we may need to order parts which can take 24 – 48 hours. Just because of all the different brands & models out there. Most laptop & MacBook parts may need to be ordered. We can sometimes have parts overnighted and fixed the next day once parts arrive. If you need a rush on your repair just let us know and we will see what we can do.

We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available, we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts. We do understand that parts can sometimes be expensive. If that is the case and you are looking at doing the repair at a lower cost let us know and we will see if we can get a used, refurbished or aftermarket part for your repair. Using a used, aftermarket or refurbished part can sometimes save you hundreds of dollars on your device repair depending on the part. Please keep in mind that new OEM parts usually come with a warranty on part defects from the manufacture. Using a non-original or refurbished part usually does not come with any warranty on part defects.
